No. Idaho offers direct access, so you can start physical therapy with us without a physician referral — just call to schedule.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most insurance plans and also welcome credit-card payment. If you have questions about your specific coverage, call us at (208) 436-9016 and we’ll help you sort it out.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID, any relevant imaging or physician notes, and your completed intake forms (available on our New Patients page). Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
How long will my visit take?
Your first visit includes a thorough evaluation and usually takes 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically shorter and tailored to your treatment plan.
Where are you located, and is there parking?
We’re at 1224 8th St., Suite A in Rupert — conveniently next to Minidoka Memorial Hospital — with free on-site parking.
Do you offer Spanish-speaking care?
Yes. We have Spanish-speaking staff and provide patient intake forms in Spanish. ¡Hablamos español!
