Practice with Freedom. Thrive as a Team.
Rupert, Idaho · Full-Time or Part-Time. A therapist-owned practice where your success is measured by the lives you improve — not productivity quotas.
An opportunity to build a career
What if you didn’t have to choose between clinical autonomy and being part of a collaborative team? What if you could enjoy the culture of a therapist-owned private practice while caring for patients across the entire continuum of care?
For more than 30 years, our therapist-owned practice has proudly served the Rupert community. We believe exceptional patient care begins with an environment where therapists are trusted, supported, and given the time to do their best work. Your success here won’t be measured by productivity quotas — it will be measured by the lives you help improve.
Why you’ll love practicing here
Our longstanding partnership with our local rural critical-access hospital creates an opportunity very few private practices can offer. You get the flexibility and close-knit relationships of a private clinic, combined with the diverse skill-building of a hospital setting.
No two days look exactly alike
Throughout the week, you’ll:
Help a patient regain independence after surgery at our partner critical-access hospital.
Work one-on-one with an athlete preparing to return to competition.
Guide a swing-bed patient preparing to return home.
Evaluate and treat outpatient specialties, including vestibular dysfunction and pelvic health rehabilitation.
Collaborate directly with physicians, nurses, and families to deliver truly coordinated care.
How you’ll grow
No two therapists have the same career goals. Whether you’re passionate about orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, manual therapy, geriatrics, or another specialty, we’ll help you build that expertise. As you evolve, we offer pathways for leadership responsibilities — and even future practice ownership for the right candidate.

“More than 30 years ago, I started this practice with a simple vision: to create a place where therapists could provide exceptional care, build meaningful relationships, and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. Over the years, that vision has grown into a practice built on trust, integrity, and putting people before productivity. If you’re looking for a place where you can make a difference, grow as a clinician, and build the next chapter of your career, I’d love the opportunity to meet you.”
